This class is for men and women. No experience needed.

Prices, Credits & Booking
You can register and pay here for all my classes, 1-2-1s, workshops and retreats. Please note - you do not need to book to attend a particular Yoga class or Qigong class. You can just turn up to whichever one suits you in a particular week.
Concession prices - if you are keen to come to my classes, but your financial situation truly makes them inaccessible to you at these prices (eg if you are a student or unemployed), please do get in touch to ask for a concession.

Yoga and Qigong Class Credits
Pay drop-in price for individual classes or save with 6 credits.
Credits are valid in Monday Qigong, Tuesday Well-Woman Yoga and Friday 5 Elements Hatha Yoga sessions and can be used for 8 weeks from the first session (extended over any teaching breaks). They are not valid for Saturday 5 Elements Hatha Yoga (please book with Satyam Yoga studio)
